Do you deliver?
Terra Bella offers daily delivery Monday - Friday throughout the Greater Seattle area. We are currently not making deliveries on Saturdays. The shop is closed on Sundays.
What is the protocol for Wine Delivery?
As per regulations set by the State of Washington, all wines must be received by persons age 21 or older. No Alcoholic beverages can be left on the porch. To avoid any complications, All wine recipients will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange delivery timing.
In the event that the recipient is not able to receive, the flowers will be left (if safe to do so) and the wine returned to the store. Both the recipient and Sender will be notified of our attempted delivery and coordinate next steps.
Can I request a same day delivery?
Yes, we do offer same day delivery. Our cutoff is 10:45am. Please contact us if you need same day delivery after that time, we may have room even though the system says no! After our cutoff times, a premium charge may apply depending upon location of the delivery. Enter your delivery date and zip code at checkout for an accurate quote.
Not seeing your date available?
If you're placing an order the date you're requesting is greyed out, we are likely fully booked on that day. However, please connect with us via phone, text or email to confirm. Sometimes we can sneak one through.
What cities are included in your delivery zone?
We deliver to all Seattle neighborhoods, our neighboring cities North and South of Seattle, and to the Eastside including Kirkland, Bellevue, Medina, Beaux Arts Village, Clyde Hill and Mercer Island.
We do offer delivery as far south as Tacoma and as far north as Everett, east to Issaquah via a courier service but there is a premium for any cities outside of our standard zone. We suggest Garden Party Flowers on Bainbridge Island for deliveries to the Penninsula and surrounding islands.
How much is your delivery fee?
Our fee for orders placed before our same day cutoff is $15 for zip codes within our standard local delivery zone. Premium rates will apply to any delivery outside of that zone.
What will you do if the recipient is not home when the delivery is made?
We will find a protected area to leave the flowers. If we do not feel that the flowers can be safely left in a secure location protected from the elements, we'll bring them back to the shop alert you, the customer and call the recipient to make arrangements.
What time will my flowers arrive?
We use a cooperative delivery service for the majority of our deliveries. Deliveries are made beginning in the early afternoon and continue throughout the day. We do our best to have all deliveries made by 6pm. Businesses are given priority and guaranteed by 5 PM.
Can I request a specific time of day for my delivery?
Please text/call or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about timed deliveries. An additional fee may apply. We are unable to guarantee any specific requests unless approved in advance by one of our staff.
