TAHOMA FUJI SAKE

Tahoma Fuji Sake is a small batch sake producer, started by Andy Neyens. Andy was introduced to Sake brewing and trained by the Toji (brewmaster) of Fumigiku Shuzo while living in Toyama, Japan. He and his wife relocated to Ballard where he now operates his own brewery.
