Smudging is an important purification ritual in many different cultures and traditions around the world. This smudge stick is composed of fragrant White Sage which is associated with healing, wisdom and seeking spiritual awareness.
White Sage is an evergreen perennial shrub that is native to Southern California and is sustainably grown all along the west coast.

INSTRUCTIONS: Light the end for 30-60 seconds and blow out. Allow smoke to rise and remove negative energy. Place in fire proof container and feather the smoke in desired direction.
